Flexible and Convenient Payment Options at New Hope Coin Laundry
At New Hope Coin Laundry, we are proud to offer two modern, coinless payment options: the Laundroworks system and the DexterPay mobile app. Whether you prefer using a reusable card or paying via your smartphone, we’ve made laundry simple and convenient.
Laundroworks
Our Laundroworks system provides a reusable and reloadable laundry card for all your laundry needs. This is the most widely used and preferred payment method in our laundromat.
Step 1: Get a Laundry Card
Visit the Value Add Center (VAC) kiosk in our laundromat.
Tap “Get New Card” on the screen.
Load your first balance using cash, credit/debit cards, Apple/Google Pay or EBT (note: the kiosk does not give change).
Collect your reusable and reloadable laundry card.
Step 2: Add Funds to Your Card
Insert your laundry card into the card holder on the kiosk.
Select your preferred payment method: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, EBT
Enter the desired amount and confirm the transaction.
Step 3: Start a Washer or Dryer
Load your laundry into the machine.
Place your laundry card on the card reader of the machine.
Select your temperature.
Press Start, and the machine will begin.
DexterPay
For tech-savvy customers, we also offer the DexterPay app, which allows you to control and pay for your laundry through your smartphone.
How to Use DexterPay
Download the DexterPay App: Available for both iOS devices and Android devices (see download links above).
Create an Account: Register with a valid email address and confirm your account.
Enter Location Number: Open the app and enter our laundromat’s location number: 951.
Select Machine: Choose the washer or dryer you want to use and set your desired settings.
Pay and Start: Pay securely through the app using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The machine will start automatically.
Track Your Laundry: Monitor your cycle’s progress directly in the app and receive notifications when it’s complete.
